A型肉毒毒素注射联合超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨A型肉毒毒素注射联合超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法将2023年1月至2024年1月在郑州蒂莱美医疗美容医院采用A型肉毒毒素联合超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗的35例增生性瘢痕患者纳入观察组,将同期单纯采用超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗的35例增生性瘢痕患者纳入对照组。比较两组观察者瘢痕评估量表(Observer Scar Assessment Scale,OSAS)、改良温哥华瘢痕量表(modified Vancouver Scar Scale,mVSS)评分、瘢痕面积和厚度、治疗相关不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组OSAS、mVSS评分以及瘢痕面积、厚度均下降,且观察组治疗后OSAS、mVSS评分以及瘢痕面积、厚度较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(对照组17.14%,观察组14.29%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素注射联合超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗增生性瘢痕临床疗效较好,可有效改善瘢痕性质,促进瘢痕修复。 Objective To investigate the clinical effificacy of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Methods A total of 35 patients with hypertrophic scars treated with type A botulinum toxin combined with ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser at Zhengzhou Tilaimei Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included in the observation group,and 35 patients with hypertrophic scars treated solely with ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser during the same period were included in the control group.The scores of observer scar assessment scale(OSAS),modifified Vancouver Scar Scale(mVSS),scar area and thickness,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the OSAS and mVSS scores,as well as scar area and thickness in the two groups were decreased,and the OSAS and mVSS scores,as well as scar area and thickness in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was no signifificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(control group 17.14%;observation group 14.29%,P>0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection combined with ultrapulsed fractional carbon dioxide laser has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertrophic scars,which can improve the nature of scars and promote the repair of scars.
