摘要
红光广泛地作为短程光纤通信的信号光源,所以研究红光有机光电探测器(OPD)对短程光纤通信具有十分重要的意义。制备了由酞菁铜和富勒烯组成的平面异质结并且带有NPB材料缓冲层结构的红光有机光电探测器。通过与没有缓冲层的器件性能进行对比,发现NPB缓冲层的应用对器件的性能起到了明显的提升作用。
Red light is usually used as optical signal source in short distance optical fiber communication systems.Therefore,it is important to study the organic photodetector(OPD)for red light.The red light OPDs based on CuPc/C60 plane heterojunction structure inserted NPB as anode buffer layer were successfully prepared and the results were compared with the ones using OPDs with no buffer layer,It was shown that the devices with NPB anode buffer layer can enhance the performance of OPDs obviously.
