摘要
2020年,中央经济工作会议提出了“碳达峰”“碳中和”的双碳目标,旨在推进能源系统朝着低碳方向转型与优化,打造新型能源消费体系,从而为建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化国家打下基础,为实现可持续发展提供保障。近年来,我国为了实现双碳目标而努力,更是提出了2030年完成碳达峰,2060年之前实现碳中和的战略布局,并已取得一定成效。但从实际情况看,低碳发展中仍存在较大挑战,所以有必要通过不断总结、分析,制定应对挑战的有效对策,明确改善现状的科学路径。本文在总结“碳达峰”“碳中和”现状的基础上,提出了相应的发展路径。
In 2020,the Central Economic Work Conference proposed the two-carbon goal of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,which aims to promote the transformation and optimization of the energy system in the direction of low-carbon,and create a new energy consumption system,so as to lay the foundation for the construction of a modern country with harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and provide guarantee for the realization of sustainable development.In recent years,in order to achieve the goal of double carbon,China has put forward the strategic layout of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,and has achieved certain results.However,from the actual situation,there are still major challenges in low-carbon development,so it is necessary to formulate effective countermeasures to meet the challenges through continuous summary and analysis,and clarify the scientific path to improve the current situation.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,this paper put forward several corresponding development paths.
