摘要
在国家全面开放三孩政策的背景下,文章旨在深入了解农村地区青年的三孩生育意愿及其影响因素。2022年6月至9月,在四川泸州某农村地区,对适育青年开展半结构式访谈。访谈结果发现三孩政策施行的影响因素包括经济压力、孕程体验、养育子女的竞争性(即内卷)、陪伴缺失和家庭支持等。为提升农村青年者的生育意愿,国家可以着手减轻加家庭教育的经济负担,积极接纳青年人的新型生育观,加强女性孕育心理的关怀和支持,以及为农村青年家庭提供相应的生育政策配套措施。
The paper aims to deeply understand the three-child fertility intention of rural youth and its influencing factors under the background of opening up of a comprehensive three-child policy by the state.Semi-structured interviews were conducted from June to September 2022 with young people in a rural area of Luzhou,Sichuan Province.The factors affecting the implementation of the three-child policy included high economic pressure,poor pregnancy experience,high competition for parenthood(i.e.,involution),lack of parenthood,and willingness to receive help from the family.In order to enhance the fertility intention of rural youth,economic problems should be actively solved,the burden of education should be alleviated,and a favorable environment for the survival and development of youth should be provided.The society and the state should actively accept young people's new concept of fertility,prevent the creation of the shadow of women's fertility,strengthen the care and support of women's pregnancy and child-rearing psychology,and provide corresponding supporting measures for the integrity of the nuclear family.
