《数字时代的博物馆:新媒体与新中介》是第八届卢浮宫研讨会的论文集,收录了策展人、文物专家,以及法律、文化等跨学科领域研究者的7篇学术论文,从不同角度出发,探讨“博物馆如何应对数字技术的兴起”这一话题。论文集收录的文章可以分为四类:新媒体相关的展览案例分析、博物馆数字艺术作品的收藏与保护、文化中介与博物馆数字化传播、馆藏内容数字化的法律方面问题。这些文章通过案例描绘了博物馆在数字时代聚焦的重点范围,并基于一些里程碑式的事件或时间点来说明“新媒体”在博物馆领域的重要性和活跃性。
The Museum in the Digital Age:New Media and Novel Methods of Mediation is a product of the 8th Seminar of theÉcole du Louvre featuring seven academic papers by curators,antiquities experts,and interdisciplinary professionals,such as legal and cultural specialists,exploring the topic of"How museums are responding to the rise of digital technologies"from different perspectives.These papers of the collection can be divided into four categories:case analysis of exhibitions related to new media,collection and conservation of digital works of art,cultural mediation and the communication of museums using digital tools,as well as legal aspects of the digital content of collections.In an exemplary fashion,these selected papers illustrate current focus areas of museums in the digital age,showcasing some milestones that illustrate the importance and dynamism of"new media"in the field of museum.
