泵站进水结构设计参数对其流场特性影响的研究

摘要 为了研究泵站进水结构设计参数对其流场特性的影响,依托某典型泵站进水结构案例,建立泵站进水结构数值仿真模型,并通过现场监测数据验证该模型的有效性。同时,从水头损失和流速均匀度两个方面,评价泵站进水结构多个设计参数对其流场特性的影响。结果表明,各点位数值模拟结果数值均与实测结果较为接近,且流速随位置变化趋势基本一致,数值模拟的精度较高,表明所建立的典型泵站进水结构数值仿真模型在参数选取、边界条件设定和网格划分等方面较为合理、有效。泵站进水结构扩散角对流场特性影响较为显著,减小扩散角能明显改善流场结构,随着扩散角降低,主流扩散效果出现增大,水头损失逐渐下降,而均值流速分布均匀度则出现上升。当泵站进水结构扩散角为20.5°、底部纵坡1:6.2、总宽度25.4m、淹没深度1.4m、后壁断面结构采用w形设计时,在减少水头损失、缩小回流区、加强主流效应、提高流速分布均匀度等方面表现较优良。 In order to study the influence of design parameters of intake structure on the flow field characteristics of pumping station,a numerical simulation model of intake structure of pumping station is established in this paper,the validity of the model is verified by field monitoring data.Based on this,the influence of several design parameters on the flow field characteristics of pumping station is evaluated from two aspects of head loss and velocity uniformity.The results show that the numerical simulation results are close to the measured results,and the flow velocity changes with the position are basically the same,the accuracy of the numerical simulation is high,it shows that the numerical simulation model of typical pumping station is reasonable and effective in parameter selection,boundary condition setting and grid division.The influence of the diffusing angle on the flow field characteristics of pumping station is obvious,and the structure of flow field can be improved by reducing the diffusing angle,the mean velocity distribution uniformity increased.When the diffusing angle of intake structure is 20.5°,the bottom longitudinal slope is 1:6.2,the total width is 25.4 m,the submergence depth is 1.4 m,and the back wall cross-section structure is w-shaped,it has good performance in reducing head loss,reducing recirculation area,strengthening mainstream effect and improving velocity distribution uniformity.
