低压配电网电缆力学建模分析与车削剥皮工艺研究

摘要 根据GB 14049—1993《额定电压10kV、35 kV架空绝缘电缆》加工的技术要求,对配电网施工技术规范中的电缆引线制作工艺进行分析,提出低压配电网电缆绝缘外皮XLPE旋转切削去除方法及工艺,开展电缆XLPE绝缘外皮机械切削变形机理研究,建立了电缆旋转切削动力学分析模型和XLPE材料的Johnson-Cook本构模型,通过数值模拟分析了不同切削参数切削速度vc、进刀量ac、刀具前角γ0对切削表面质量和切屑效率的影响,最后通过车削剥皮试验,验证了切削规律与仿真结果相一致,并得出了JKYJ-10kV系列XLPE电缆的建议切削工艺参数。 According to the technical requirements of GB14049—1993"Rated voltage 10 kV,35 kV overhead insulated cable"processing,the cable lead manufacturing process in the distribution network construction technical specification is analyzed,and the removal method and process of XLPE rotary cutting for the cable insulation sheath of low-voltage distribution network are proposed.The mechanical cutting deformation mechanism of cable XLPE insulation outer skin was studied.The dynamic analysis model of cable rotating cutting and Johnson-Cook constitutive model of XLPE material were established.The effects of different cutting parameters,including cutting speed vc,feed amount ac and tool front Angleγ0,on cutting surface quality and chip efficiency were analyzed by numerical simulation.Finally,through the turning and peeling test,it is verified that the cutting rules are consistent with the simulation results,and the suggested cutting process parameters of JKYJ-10kV series XLPE cable are obtained.
