摘要
目的探讨在新生儿病理性黄疸中应用茵陈芩连方沐浴配合蓝光治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2022年6月-2023年9月赣南医学院第三附属医院收治的60例新生儿病理性黄疸分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用单纯蓝光治疗,观察组加用茵陈芩连方沐浴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、黄疸消退时间、日均总胆红素(TBIL)下降值、肝功能指标、心肌酶指标和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间较对照组短,日均TBIL下降值较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TBIL、丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿病理性黄疸中应用茵陈芩连方沐浴配合蓝光治疗效果确切,能降低TBIL水平,缩短退黄时间,改善肝功能及心肌指标,安全性好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yinchenqinlian formula bath combined with blue light treatment on neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods 60 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with blue light alone,and the observation group was treated with Yinchenqinlian decoction bath.Clinical efficacy,jaundice resolution time,daily total bilirubin(TBIL)decline,liver function index,myocardial enzyme index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of jaundice resolution in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average daily TBIL decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,alanine transferase(ALT),direct bilirubin(DBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,Yinchenqinlian formula bath combined with blue light has a definite effect,reducing TBIL level,shortening yellowing time,improving liver function and myocardial indexes,and is safe and worthy of promotion.
