煤矿综采工作面粉尘是指在综合采煤工作面上产生的煤粉尘、岩屑粉尘等混合粉尘,这些粉尘具有引发职业病、火灾爆炸、环境污染等危害,因此煤矿综采工作面粉尘防治问题越发重要。本文深入剖析了其对工人健康、生产安全及环境造成的潜在风险,总结了煤矿综采工作面粉尘的形成机制和危害特点。综合评价目前常见的粉尘防治技术,包括机械通风技术、湿法喷雾技术、化学防尘剂、高效过滤技术等。介绍了煤矿综采工作面粉尘防治措施,并展望未来的研究方向。为保障工人健康、提高煤矿生产安全水平、促进煤矿产业可持续发展、为煤尘治理工作提供一定指导意义。
Coal mine comprehensive mining face flour dust refers to the mixed dust such as coal dust,rock debris dust,etc.generated on the comprehensive mining face.These dust can cause occupational diseases,fire and explosion,environmental pollution,and other hazards.Therefore,the prevention and control of coal mine comprehensive mining face flour dust is becoming increasingly important.This article deeply analyzes the potential risks it poses to worker health,production safety,and the environment,and summarizes the formation mechanism and hazard characteristics of flour dust in coal mine comprehensive mining work.Comprehensive evaluation of current common dust control technologies,including mechanical ventilation technology,wet spray technology,chemical dust-proof agent,high-efficiency filtration technology,etc.Introduced the prevention and control measures for flour dust in coal mine comprehensive mining work,and looked forward to future research directions.It has important practical significance and far-reaching impact to ensure the health of workers,improve the safety level of coal mine production,promote the sustainable development of the coal mine industry,and promote the scientific and standardized management of coal mine safety production.
