摘要
目的:探讨乳果糖在慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年3月杭州市临平区中医院收治的100例慢性便秘结肠镜检查患者。根据信封法随机将其分为乳果糖组和对照组,各50例。乳果糖组给予乳果糖肠道准备,对照组给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol electrolyte,PGE)肠道准备。比较两组肠道情况,不良反应,肠道准备药物情况,肠道准备耐受度。结果:两组波士顿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳果糖组肠道泡沫评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳果糖组口感好、愿意再次使用占比均高于对照组,腹胀、呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳果糖组肠道准备耐受度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳果糖可作为慢性便秘患者肠道准备的首选药物,因其口感好,饮水量少,能减少肠道泡沫,使肠道准备中的腹胀及呕吐等不良反应发生率降低。
Objective:To explore the application of Lactulose in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in patients with chronic constipation.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic constipation undergoing colonoscopy admitted to Hangzhou Linping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected.According to envelope method,they were randomly divided into Lactulose group and control group,50 cases in each group.Lactulose group was given Lactulose intestinal preparation,and control group was given Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte(PGE)intestinal preparation.Intestinal conditions,adverse reactions,intestinal preparation drugs condition and intestinal preparation tolerance were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in Boston scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The intestinal foam score in Lactulose group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of good taste and willingness to use again in Lactulose group were higher than those in control group,and the incidences of abdominal distension and vomiting were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Intestinal preparation tolerance in Lactulose group was significantly better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactulose can be used as the first choice for intestinal preparation in patients with chronic constipation.Because of its good taste and less drinking water,it can reduce intestinal foam and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal distension and vomiting in intestinal preparation.
