外卖包装材料对我国青年群体暴露DBP和DiBP的影响

The Impact of Take-out Packaging Materials on Chinese Young People’s Exposure to Di-n-butyl Phthalate(DBP)and Di-iso-butyl Phthalate(DiBP)

摘要 青年群体是外卖食品最大的消费群体,外卖包装材料中的污染物对青年群体的危害不容忽视。文章分析了外卖包装材料对我国青年群体暴露邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DiBP)的影响,结果表明,发泡聚苯乙烯(PS)餐盒中DBP和DiBP的浓度(2986.27 ng/g和1345.20 ng/g)显著高于聚丙烯(PP)餐盒、纸质餐盒和锡纸餐盒,青年人群使用PS餐盒暴露DBP和DiBP的暴露量约为使用纸质餐盒和锡纸餐盒的2~5倍,青年人群经外卖餐盒暴露DBP和DiBP的暴露量占经饮食途径暴露DBP和DiBP暴露总量的1.72%~9.49%,占体内DBP和DiBP暴露总量的0.09%~0.47%。外卖包装材料是青年人群暴露DBP和DiBP的重要来源之一。 Young people are the largest group of consumers for take-out food,and the impact of harmful pollutants in take-out packaging materials on young people cannot be ignored.This article aims to analyze the effect of packaging materials on the exposure of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)and di-isobutyl phthalate(DiBP)in young people in China.The results show that the concentrations of DBP and DiBP in polystyrene(PS)foam lunch boxes(2986.27 ng/g and 1345.20 ng/g)are significantly higher than those in polypropylene(PP)lunch boxes,paper lunch boxes and tin foil lunch boxes.The exposure doses of DBP and DiBP to Chinese young people through PS containers are about 2 to 5 times higher than those through paper lunch boxes and aluminum foil containers.The exposure of DBP and DiBP to young people through take-out lunch boxes accounts for 1.72%to 9.49%of the total exposure through dietary routes,accounting for 0.09%to 0.47%of the total exposure of DBP and DiBP in the body.These findings highlight the importance of take-out food packaging materials as a major source of DBP and DiBP to young people in China,and underscore a pressing issue in public health and consumer safety.
