摘要
建立测定鳖甲煎丸中氨基酸含量测定的方法,为提高鳖甲煎丸质量标准提供参考。鳖甲煎丸样品在6 mol/L盐酸中110℃水解22 h,采用氨基酸分析仪对不同批次鳖甲煎丸中氨基酸组分及含量进行分析。鳖甲煎丸中含有17种常规氨基酸,其中谷氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸含量较高,含量达0.017%~1.38%。该法测定鳖甲煎丸中氨基酸含量具有操作简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好的优点,可用于提高鳖甲煎丸质量标准,具有较好的应用推广价值。
To establish a method for the determination of amino acid content in Biejiajian Pills,and provide reference for improving the quality standard of Biejiajian Pills,the samples were hydrolyzed in 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid at 110℃for 22 h.The amino acid fractions and contents of different batches of Biejiajian Pills were analyzed by amino acid analyzer.The Biejiajian Pills contained 17 conventional amino acids,among which glutamic acid,glycine,proline,aspartic acid and alanine were high,with a content of 0.017%~1.38%.This method had the advantages of easy operation,accuracy,specificity and reproducibility in the determination of amino acid content in Biejiajian Pills,and could be used to improve the quality standard of turtle shell decoction pills,which was of good application and popularization value.
