摘要
对含银铸造锡铅合金光谱标准样品的工艺流程、均匀性检验及定值分析及结果进行研究。以锡锭、纯铅锭和外购的纯银锭、纯铋锭,中间合金是单位自制的SnSb11.5、SnCu10为原料,利用熔化炉熔炼加入杂质元素,制备标准样品,研制的标准样品均匀性和稳定性良好,组织致密、无气孔缺陷,定值可靠,可满足本单位生产、科研的使用要求。
The paper studied the process flow,homogeneity test,certification analysis and results of the silver-bearing casting tin-lead alloy spectrum standard sample.Taking tin ingot,pure lead ingot and outsourcing pure silver ingot,pure bismuth ingot,intermediate alloy with homemade SnSb11.5,SnCu10 as raw material,impurity elements are added to the smelting furnace by melting,for preparing a standard sample,the standard sample has better homogeneity and stability,it has dense tissue,it has no stomatal defects,reliable certification,and it can meet the production and scientific research requirements of the company.
