摘要
互联网快速发展背景下,高职院校工匠精神的培育成为了重要议题。但目前,高职院校工匠精神培育仍存在众多现实困境,通过深刻分析存在的问题,剖析成因,充分挖掘在互联网时代高职院校工匠精神培育的时代价值,明确工匠精神作为一种优秀的职业品德和职业追求,是经济社会发展不可或缺的,为此,须通过完善高职工匠精神培育体系、着力培育“数字工匠”人才队伍以及打造“能工巧匠”型师资队伍等措施推动高职院校工匠精神培育。
Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet,the cultivation of Craftsman spirit in vocational colleges has become an important issue.However,at present,there are still many practical difficulties in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges.By deeply analyzing the existing problems and the causes,this paper fully exploits the times value of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges in the Internet era,and makes it clear that the craftsman spirit,as an excellent professional moral character and career pursuit,is indispensable for economic and social development.It is necessary to promote the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges by improving the cultivation system of craftsman spirit,focusing on cultivating the talent team of“digital craftsman”and building the teaching team of“skilled craftsman”.
