酒钢镜铁山矿选矿工艺流程分析及优化研究

摘要 酒钢镜铁山铁矿属于典型的复杂难选氧化铁矿石,其原矿Fe品位低,铁矿物种类多,共生关系复杂,矿石极其难选。通过分析镜铁山矿块矿、粉矿现用选矿工艺流程的优缺点,提出相应的改进建议。研究重选预先提精的可行性,综合考虑矿物性质、现用设备与流程、精矿指标、处理量等因素,推荐了块矿在现有工艺流程上增加重选预提精,粉矿取消强磁流程,使用干磨→干式预选→悬浮磁化焙烧→磁选→重选→反浮选联合选矿工艺流程,以达到提高精矿指标、优化工艺流程的目的。 Jingtieshan iron ore in Jiusteel is a typical complex refractory iron oxide ore with low Fe grade,many iron species and complex symbiotic relationship.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current beneficiation process of Jingtieshan block ore and powder ore,the improvement suggestions are put forward.To study the feasibility of pre-extraction by reselecting.Considering the factors such as mineral properties,equipment and process in use,concentrate index and processing capacity,it is recommended to add gravity preconcentration to the existing process flow of block ore,cancel the strong magnetic process of fine ore,and use the combined process flow of dry grinding→dry preconcentration→suspended magnetization roasting→magnetic separation→gravity separation→reverse flotation,so as to achieve the purpose of improving concentrate index and optimizing process flow.
