摘要
医学人才的培养,离不开医学教育,更离不开思想政治教育。医学生的思想道德水平和对社会的认知,直接决定着我国未来医药卫生事业的发展,影响着医疗行业整体思想道德素养,也影响着民生保健、社会发展乃至医疗工程建设,关系到社会的和谐与安稳。以省属医学院为创新型思想政治教育模式的探索基地,针对部分大学生职业道路不明晰、担当精神不足等问题,结合承德医学院实际情况,尝试探索创新型医学人才培养与思想政治教育融合新路径。
The cultivation of medical talents cannot be separated from medical education,let alone ideological and political education.The ideological and moral level of medical students and their understanding of society directly determine the future development of China's medical and health industry,affect the overall ideological and moral literacy of the medical industry,and also affect people's health care,social development,and even medical engineering construction,which is related to social harmony and stability.The paper uses provincial medical colleges as the exploration base for innovative ideological and political education models.In response to the unclear career paths and insufficient sense of responsibility of some college students,and in combination with the actual situation of our school,it attempts to explore a new path for the integration of innovative medical talent cultivation and ideological and political education.
