摘要
随着工作场所中安全事故的不断发生,社会心理风险备受关注。因此,对工作场所中存在的社会心理风险进行评估,有利于减少其在组织中对个人健康的潜在伤害。文中采用问卷调查的方法研究选煤质量管理中心检验人员的社会心理风险。结果表明:1)大多数受访者都意识到了社会心理风险;2)工作条件和工作组织是导致社会心理风险的主要因素;3)社会心理风险的6个维度在性别、年龄、教育程度上无显著性的统计学差异;4)领导能力、职业发展、人际关系和情感感受之间表现为很强的正相关。该研究为改善实验室检验人员心理健康状况提供了基础数据支持。
With the increasing number of safety accidents in the workplace,psychological risks are attracting more attention.Thus,the assessment of psychosocial risks in the workplace can help to reduce their potential harm to individuals’health in the organization.This study used questionnaire to collect data to investigate the psychosocial risk of all inspectors in Coal Preparation Quality Management Center.The results show that,1)most of the respondents were aware of the psychosocial risk;2)working conditions and organization were the main factors contributing to psychosocial risk;3)there were no significant statistical differences in the six dimensions of psychosocial risk in terms of gender,age and education;4)there were strongly positive correlations among leadership,career development,interpersonal relationships and emotional feelings.This study provides the basis data support for improving the mental health of laboratory inspectors.
