摘要
为给婴幼儿配方奶粉营养强化剂设计提供参考,研究了干法婴幼儿配方奶粉在常温保存下,24个月货架期末时12种矿物质的衰减情况。结果显示,大部分矿物质较稳定,没有明显衰减,仅有锰、碘和硒衰减率大于检测方法国家标准中的精密度范围要求,判定为有衰减,可能与营养强化剂稳定性不佳、检测误差较大等有关。本研究可以为干法婴幼儿配方奶粉设计中的矿物质衰减分析提供参考。
In order to provide a reference for the design of nutritional fortifiers for infant formula,the attenuation rate of 12 minerals the end of the shelf life at 24 months was studied in the case of dry infant formula stored at room temperature.The results showed that most of the minerals were relatively stable and had no obvious attenuation,and only the attenuation rate of manganese,iodine and selenium was greater than the precision range requirements in the national standard for detection methods,which was judged to have attenuation.This may be related to the poor stability of nutrient enhancers and large detection errors.This study can provide a reference for the mineral attenuation of dry infant formula formulation.
