摘要
针对滚筒式采煤机截割滚筒轴承容易出现故障的情况,以TD75型滚筒式采煤机为研究对象,介绍一种滚筒轴承故障诊断方法。该诊断方法中采用峭度、平滑因子、自相关函数及能量四个指标,通过轴承振动信号的采集、筛选、合成、带通滤波等处理后,综合判断出滚筒轴承是否出现故障,以此为故障的快速诊断与处理提供支持,有利于提升整个滚筒式采煤机的运行效率,确认该诊断方法具有一定应用价值。
Aiming at the situation that the cut-off drum bearing of drum-type coal mining machine is prone to failures,a drum bearing fault diagnosis method is introduced by taking TD75 drum-type coal mining machine as an example.The diagnostic method adopts four indicators,namely,crag,smoothing factor,autocorrelation function and energy,to comprehensively determine whether the drum bearing is faulty through the acquisition,screening,synthesis and band-pass filtering of bearing vibration signals,so as to provide support for rapid diagnosis and treatment of faults,which is conducive to the improvement of the operational efficiency of the whole drum coal mining machine,and confirms that the diagnostic method has a certain value of application.
