攻角和着角联合作用下弹体侵彻混凝土靶的弹道特性研究

Study on Ballistic Characteristics of Projectile Penetrating Concrete Target Under the Combined Action of Angle of Attack and Angle of Impact

摘要 为探究攻角和着角联合作用下弹体侵彻混凝土靶的弹道特性,基于LS-DYNA有限元软件,在速度1000 m/s时以不同攻角和着角对弹体侵彻混凝土靶进行数值模拟。重点研究了攻角和着角对弹体轴向侵彻深度、径向偏移距离和偏转角的影响,通过对弹体侵彻过程中受力情况的研究,主要对轴向阻力和径向阻力以及弹体所受偏转力矩进行分析,得到其对弹道的影响规律:随着着角的增大,弹体偏转角受攻角影响呈显著增加趋势;着角在一定的范围内,初始方向与着角相反的攻角对弹体侵彻能力有提升作用,初始方向与着角相同的攻角对侵彻能力有减弱作用;当着角过大时,无论初始攻角的方向与着角是否相同,均会对侵彻能力有减弱作用,且随着角度的增加更明显。研究结果可以为钻地弹的研制提供参考。 In order to investigate ballistic characteristics of a projectile body penetrating concrete target under combined action of angle of attack and angle of impact,the finite element software LS-DYNA is used to numerically simulate the projectile body penetrating concrete target with different angle of attack and angle of impact at 1000 m/s.The study focuses on influence of the angle of attack and the angle of impact on the axial penetration depth,radial deviation distance and deflection angle of the projectile body,by analyzing forces applied on the projectile body during the penetration process and axial resistance and radial resistance as well as the deflection moment of the projectile body,and gains a rule of their influence on the ballistic characteristics.The conclusions are as follows:with the increase of the impact angle,the influences trend of the angle of attack on the deflection angle of the projectile body is significantly increased.In a certain range,the attack angle whose initial direction is opposite to the impact angle can improve the penetration ability of the missile body,while the attack Angle whose initial direction is the same as the impact angle can weaken the penetration ability.When the impact angle is too large,no matter whether the direction of the initial attack angle is the same with the impact angle or not,the penetration ability will be weakened,and it will be more obvious with increase of the impact angle.The research results can provide some references for the development of ground-penetrating bomb.
