摘要
蒸发壁式反应器作为超临界水氧化系统的核心设备,反应区温度及反应器出口温度是指导反应器结构设计的关键因素。通过建立反应器三维几何模型,采用CFD数值模拟手段,计算蒸发壁式反应器内部流场分布,了解分布规律,为反应器结构设计提供依据,保证设备安全稳定运行。
As the core equipment of supercritical water oxidation system,the temperature of the reaction zone and the outlet temperature of the transpiring wall reactor are key factors guiding the structural design of the reactor.By establishing 3D geometric model of the reactor and adopting CFD numerical simulation,the internal flow field distribution of the transpiring wall reactor is calculated to investigate the distribution law,so as to provide basis for the design of the reactor structure and ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
