摘要
淠史杭灌区自1958年修建至今,在皖西地区乃至淮河流域发挥了巨大作用,“自力更生、顽强拼搏、牺牲奉献、科学求实”的淠史杭精神也孕育于此。新闻报道作为集体记忆形成的重要因素之一,对于红色精神的形成和群众行为的激励促进有着重要作用。《人民日报》作为党中央机关报和中国第一大报,自灌区修建之前即对淠史杭流域有着诸多报道,见证了灌区由无到有、由防灾抗洪、促农保收到生态涵养、旅游经济等的多重蜕变,而淠史杭精神的话语形塑和升华凝练,同样可以从《人民日报》对灌区的历史报道中找到诸多踪迹。
Since its construction in 1958,Pishihang irrigation area project has played a great role in west Anhui and even Huaihe River basin.The Pishihang spirit of"self-reliance,tenacious struggle,sacrifice,science and truth"is also born here.As one of the important factors in the formation of collective memory,news report plays an important role in the formation of red spirit and the encouragement and promotion of mass behavior.People′s Daily,as the official newspaper of the CPC Central Committee and the most influencing newspaper in China,has reported a lot on Pishihang River Basin since before the construction of the irrigation area project,witnessing the multiple transformation of the irrigation area project from non-existence to existence,from the area of disaster prevention and flood control,agricultural protection to ecological conservation,tourism economy and so on.The discourse shaping and sublimation of Pishihang spirit can also be found in People′s Daily′s historical report on irrigation area project.
