摘要
作为社会职业类型乃至新阶层,中国新媒体从业人员的规模、社会乃至政治认同关系统战工作,受到党与政府高度重视。新媒体从业人员的专业认同与社会认同密切关联,本文根据调研数据,探讨中国新媒体从业人员的规模、专业态度和社会认同及其相关性,触及当下新媒体行业存在的问题。并将2023年的调研数据与2012年调研数据比较,探讨新媒体从业人员专业素养、社会责任及其家国情怀在十年间的变化。研究发现,中国新媒体从业人员的数量在过去十年中快速增长,同时出现多元化、专业化的发展趋势;普遍认同自己从事的工作具有社会意义,重视公正性和问题导向。此类分析为新媒体行业发展方向及其从业人员的统战工作提供决策参照。
The article explores the scale,professional attitude,and social identity of Chinese new media practitioners,as well as the correlation among these three factors.It finds that the number of new media practitioners in China has grown rapidly over the past decade,with a trend toward diversification and specialization;they generally believe that their work has social significance,and attach great importance to impartiality and problem solving.This analysis try to provide references for the development direction of the new media industry and the united front work of its practitioners.
