摘要
目的:分析综合护理在老年心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年2月北京和睦家医院收治的老年心律失常复律患者80例作为对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施综合护理。比较两组护理质量。结果:试验组心律失常发作次数少于对照组,每次发作持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组每分钟心输出量、心脏指数、左室射血分数高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组社会功能、家庭功能、心理功能、运动功能评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理在老年心律失常患者中的应用效果显著,可减少心律失常发作次数,缩短发作时间,改善心功能,提高患者生活质量、护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with arrhythmia and cardioversion admitted to Beijing United Family Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received comprehensive care.The quality of care was compared between two groups.Results:The number of arrhythmia attacks in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of each attack in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the cardiac output per minute,cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the social function,family function,psychological function and motor function scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with arrhythmia is significant,which can reduce the number of arrhythmia attacks,shorten the attack duration,improve heart function,and enhance patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
