摘要
目的:探讨个体化护理在疝气患者围术期的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2023年6月于十堰市房县城关镇卫生院行手术治疗的疝气患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理。比较两组术后不良事件发生情况、疼痛程度、术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。术后6、12、24、48 h,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次下床时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:个体化护理在疝气患者围术期的应用效果良好,能够减少术后不良事件,减轻术后疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in patients with hernia during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 62 hernia patients who underwent surgical treatment in Shiyan City Fangxian County Chengguan Town Health Center from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing.The occurrence of postoperative adverse events,pain severity,postoperative recovery indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).At 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first ambulation and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of individualized nursing in patients with hernia during perioperative period has a good effect,which can reduce postoperative adverse events,relieve postoperative pain,promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
