摘要
为了减小火箭炮炮口振动测量时应力波的干扰,设计了一种机械滤波器。通过对组建的落球试验系统进行试验,验证了应力波会影响加速度传感器的测量结果,解释了机械滤波器的滤波机理。通过扫频试验研究了机械滤波器的频率响应特性,其频率响应特性与理论计算相符合。通过对比分析加速度传感器在安装和未安装机械滤波器两种情况下所采集的振动加速度的时域、频域信号,结果显示机械滤波器在火箭炮炮口振动测量中有着良好的滤波效果。对加速度的积分运算表明机械滤波器在一定程度上提高了振动测试的精度,火箭炮振动测试时安装机械滤波器是有必要的。
In order to reduce the interference of stress wave in muzzle vibration measurement of rocket launchers,a mechanical filter was designed.A falling ball test system was set up to verify that the stress wave can affect the measurement results of acceleration sensors,and the filtering mechanism of the mechanical filter was explained.The frequency response characteristics of the mechanical filter were studied by frequency sweep test.These characteristics are consistent with the theoretical calculation.Time domain and frequency domain signals of the vibration acceleration were collected by acce-leration sensors with and without the mechanical filter,then these signals were compared and analyzed.The results show that the mechanical filter has a good filtering effect in the muzzle vibration measurement of rocket launchers.The integral operation of acceleration shows that the mechanical filter improves the vibration test accuracy to a certain extent.It is necessary to install the mechanical filter in the vibration test of rocket launchers.
