摘要
目的探讨阿戈美拉汀对抑郁症患者脑电图和血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)含量水平的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2022年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的抑郁症患者76例,按治疗药物不同分为研究组、对照组,分别为40例和36例,对照组给予常规抗抑郁药文拉法辛治疗,研究组予以阿戈美拉汀,比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后脑电图异常率、血清5-HT、DA含量、相关评分[汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]变化,并观察不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率(87.50%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后脑电图异常率(27.50%)低于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清5-HT(47.95±5.28)pg/mL、DA(57.48±5.63)pg/mL及HAMA评分(13.47±1.56)分,均高于对照组,而HAMD评分(16.38±1.75)分、PSQI评分(8.12±1.11)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后不良反应发生率(15.00%、19.44%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规抗抑郁药相比,阿戈美拉汀可明显提高对抑郁症患者疗效,改善其抑郁症状与睡眠质量,降低脑电图异常率,且不会明显增加不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of agomelatine on the electroencephalogram(EEG)and the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in patients with depression.Methods A total of 76 patients with depression admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different therapeutic drugs,with 40 cases and 36 cases respectively.The control group was given conventional antidepressant Venlafaxine treatment,while the study group was given agomelatine.The effective rate of treatment,abnormal rate of EEG before and after treatment,serum 5-HT,DA content,and related scores[HAMA,HAMD,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate of the study group(87.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of EEG in the study group(27.50%)was lower than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.01).After treatment,serum 5-HT(47.95±5.28)pg/mL,DA(57.48±5.63)pg/mL and HAMA scores(13.47±1.56)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while HAMD scores(16.38±1.75)and PSQI scores(8.12±1.11)were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(15.00%vs 19.44%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional antidepressants,agomelatine can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with depression,and enhance their depressive symptoms and sleep quality and reduce the abnormal rate of EEG,and it will not significantly increase the adverse reactions,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
