摘要
研究了高比能三元软包锂离子电池(LIBs)体系工作过程中的温升现象,通过电化学阻抗(EIS)、增量容量分析(ICA)、工作过程温度变化曲线,研究了NCM622-SiO/C锂离子电池倍率充放电及温度放电测试中的温升现象,解释了不同测试过程中温升规律差异的原因,并对温升机理进行了分析。结果表明,充放电电流的增加和温度的降低会造成锂离子电池充放电容量的降低,并加剧充放电过程中电化学极化现象;同时,电池的电解液含量减少使其RS、RSEI和RCT逐渐增大,验证了电解液含量的减少将会加剧电池的物理极化和电化学极化现象。这对锂离子电池的设计、制造、应用及温升机理分析具有重要的借鉴意义。
The temperature rise of the high-energy-density pouch lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with NCMas cathode was studied.The temperature rise of the NCM622-SiO/C LIBs during rate and temperature discharging tests was analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),incremental capacity analysis(ICA)and temperature increase curves.The difference of the mechanism of temperature rise in different tests was interpreted.The mechanism of the temperature rise was analyzed.The study results show that the increase of charge-discharge current or the decrease of the temperature of LIBs leads to the capacity fading and exacerbates the electrochemical polarization of LIBs.RS,RSEI and RCT increase with the decreasing of the electrolyte,which confirms that the decreasing of the electrolyte can exacerbate the physical and electrochemical polarization.It has important reference significance for the design,manufacture,application and analysis of temperature rise mechanism of LIBs.
