摘要
煤层气因内部含有甲烷而被视作当下一项重要的低碳洁净能源,回收煤层气中的甲烷即可减少气体排放对环境的污染,同时能够达到节能减排的作用。根据浓度的不同,煤层气又可分为高浓度煤层气和低浓度煤层气。高浓度煤层气在回收利用方面的技术已趋于成熟,而低浓度煤层气因所含杂质气体较多,且甲烷与氮气在物理性质方面差异较小,导致除杂难度大、回收利用率低。目前学界对于低浓度煤层气提纯技术主要有低温精馏法、膜分离法、变压吸附法及合成水合物法等。针对以上低浓度煤层气提纯技术进行综述,对其提纯原理及效果进行介绍,并将不同提纯方法进行对比总结,最后对未来低浓度煤层气提纯技术研究发展进行展望。
Coalbed methane is regarded as an important low-carbon and clean energy source because it contains methane,and the recovery of methane in coalbed methane can reduce the pollution of gas emissions to the environment,and at the same time achieve energy saving and emission reduction.According to different concentrations,coalbed methane can be divided into:high-concentration coalbed methane and low-concentration coalbed methane.The technology of high-concentration coalbed methane in the recycling and utilization has become mature,while the low-concentration coalbed methane contains more impurity gases and the physical properties of methane and nitrogen are small,resulting in great difficulty in impurity removal and low recovery rate.At present,the academic circles mainly include low-temperature rectification,membrane separation,pressure swing adsorption and synthetic hydrate synthesis for low-concentration coalbed methane purification technologies.The above low-concentration coalbed methane purification technologies,introduces the purification principle and effect were reviewed.Different purification methods,and finally looks forward to the future research and development of low-concentration coalbed methane purification technologies were compared and summarized.
