摘要
产教融合是一种将产业与教育紧密结合的全新合作模式,是我国进一步深化高等教育改革,促进人才培养与社会经济发展需求相适应的必然要求,能够有效提升学生就业的核心竞争力和综合素养,进而提高地方应用型本科院校的人才培养质量。在界定产教融合下地方应用型本科院校人才培养模式的核心概念基础上,从会计学专业人才培养目标的契合度、课程设置的前沿性、产教融合的合作意愿和反馈机制等方面对地方应用型本科院校人才培养的问题进行分析,并创新性地提出“四融合”的产教融合人才培养模式。
The integration of industry and education is a new cooperation model that closely combines industry and education.It is an inevitable requirement for China to further deepen higher education reform,promote talent cultivation to meet the needs of social and economic development,effectively enhance the core competitiveness and comprehensive literacy of students in employment,and greatly improve the quality of talent cultivation in local applied undergraduate colleges.On the basis of defining the core concepts of the talent cultivation model for local applied undergraduate colleges under the integration of industry and education,this article analyzes the problems of talent cultivation in local applied undergraduate colleges from the aspects of the compatibility of accounting professional talent cultivation goals,the forefront of curriculum design,the willingness and feedback mechanism of industry and education integration,and innovatively proposes the"four integrations"talent cultivation model for industry and education integration.
