摘要
糖尿病是临床常见的基础代谢性疾病,随着人们饮食规律的改变,糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。当糖尿病合并其他疾病时,血糖水平的高低对于疾病的治疗有很大影响。在药物治疗控制血糖的同时,中医护理在糖尿病及其合并症中发挥的作用也非常重要。该文总结了近年来中医护理在糖尿病及其合并症中的研究进展,进一步探讨了今后中医护理在糖尿病患者中的应用趋势,以期为今后糖尿病患者的护理提供一定指导。
Diabetes mellitus is a common basic metabolic disease in clinical practice,and the incidence of diabetes mellitus is on the rise year by year as people′s dietary patterns change.When diabetes is combined with other diseases,the level of blood glucose has a great impact on the treatment of the disease.While controlling blood glucose with medication,the role played by Chinese medicine nursing in diabetes and its comorbidities is also very important.This paper summarizes the research progress of TCM nursing in diabetes mellitus and its comorbidities in recent years,and further discusses the trend of TCM nursing in diabetes mellitus patients in the future,with a view to providing certain guidance for the care of diabetes mellitus patients in the future.
