摘要
“优快钻完井”是具有中国海油特色的技术体系和管理模式,在海洋石油工业史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔,取得了瞩目成就。钻完井液在优快钻井中一直扮演重要的角色。一次优快产生泥浆固相含量高效控制技术,二次优快产生海水膨润土浆深钻工艺和强抑制钻井液技术体系,而“新优快”试点项目,以“浅层疏松、大斜度、大位移”为主要井型,最大水垂比4.02,磨阻扭矩高,井眼清洁困难,开发研制一种不同于以往水基钻井液的新型流型调节剂变得尤为关键,流型调节剂是影响钻井液悬浮、携带及稳定井壁能力的重要因素,通过新型流型调节剂可以钻井液携带能力提高井筒清洁度,从而减少复杂情况的发生,保证钻井过程顺利。
