摘要
打造新时代廉洁文化高地,是高职院校纵深推进全面从严治党、落实立德树人根本任务、实现高质量发展的重要保障和应有之义。当前,高职院校廉洁文化建设工作还存在合力不足、简单泛化、质效不高等问题。要破题创新、打造高地,应当从力量整合、内涵建设、品牌培树三个维度发力,推动建设工作实现由“单兵作战”向“协同发力”转变、由“笼而统之”向“入深入细”转变、由“育廉基地”向“品牌高地”转变。基于上述思考,近年来,湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)坚持高站位谋篇布局、高适配打磨内涵、高标准培育品牌,积极探索廉洁文化建设的实践路径,持续推动建设工作走深走实。
Building a highland of probity culture in the new era is an important guarantee and obligation for vocational colleges to deepen the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,implement the fundamental task of moral education and achieve high-quality development.At present,there are still problems in the construction of probity culture in vocational colleges,such as insufficient joint efforts,simplistic generalization and low quality and efficiency.To break through the problem and create a highland,efforts should be made from three dimensions:strength integration,connotation construction and brand cultivation.Efforts should be made to promote the transformation of construction work from“individual combat”to“collaborative efforts”,from“general and comprehensive”to“in-depth and detailed”,and from“anti-corruption base”to“brand highland”.Based on the above thinking,in recent years,Huzhou Vocational and Technological College has adhered to a high positioning layout,high adaptability polishing connotation and high standard brand cultivation,actively exploring practical paths for the construction of probity culture,and continuously promoting the deepening and implementation of construction work.
