摘要
目的:探讨基于工作过程的抛锚式教学在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取本院手术室实习的护生165名,随机分为对照组83名和试验组82名,分别应用传统教学和基于工作过程的抛锚式教学,评价两组带教效果。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩、判性思维能力、自主学习能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于工作过程的抛锚式教学不仅能够提升护生的学习效果,还有助于护生评判性思维能力和自主学习能力的培养。
Purpose:To explore the application effect of the anchor-based teaching method based on work process in operating room nursing preceptorship.Methods:A total of 165 nursing interns in the operating room of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 83,receiving traditional teaching methods,and an observation group of 82,receiving the anchor-based teaching method based on work process.The effectiveness of preceptorship in both groups was evaluated.Results:The observation group's theoretical scores,practical scores,total scores of critical thinking ability,and total scores of autonomous learning ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anchor-based teaching method based on work process not only improves nursing interns learning outcomes but also helps cultivate their critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.
