摘要
目的分析中药结合饮食运动方案对气虚血瘀型糖尿病治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取2021年10月—2023年10月山东省寿光市中医医院收治的132例气虚血瘀型糖尿病患者为研究对象,结合“奇偶法”将其随机分为对照组(n=66,常规西药治疗)和研究组(n=66,对照组基础上加用中药结合饮食运动方案),比较两组疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(84.85%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041)。治疗后,研究组的血糖指标、体脂率、炎症因子指标、中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药结合饮食运动方案应用于气虚血瘀型糖尿病治疗中的效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with diet and exercise regimen on the therapeutic effect of diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 132 patients with diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis admitted to Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=66,conventional western medicine treatment)and a study group(n=66,based on the control group with the addition of traditional Chinese medicine combined with diet and exercise program)with the combination of the"odd-even method".The efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate in the study group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(84.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041).The blood glucose index,body fat rate,the levels of inflammatory factor index,and Chinese medicine evidence points in the study group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with diet and exercise program in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis has a precise effect.
