摘要
针对废旧纺织品回收后的脱色处理进行研究。由于废旧纺织品组分复杂多样,染色所用染料也各有不同。研究废旧纺织品中占比较大的涤、纤维素类纤维织物的脱色工艺,采用比较简易的脱色工艺处理,脱色率基本达到80%左右,可以结合后续面料回收利用的途径进行适宜的脱色处理。
The decolorization treatment of recycled waste textiles has been studied.Due to the complex and diverse composition of waste textiles,the dyes used for dyeing also vary.The decolorization process of polyester and cellulose fiber fabrics,which account for a large proportion of waste textiles,has been studied.By using a relatively simple decolorization process,the decolorization rate can reach about 80%,and suitable decolorization treatment can be carried out in combination with subsequent fabric recycling methods.
