摘要
随着文化旅游的兴起,博物馆成了吸引游客的重要目的地。国家海洋博物馆作为展示海洋文化的重要场所,其游客反馈对于提升博物馆服务和游客体验具有重要意义。采用LDA模型对2023年8—10月期间,从大众点评网和携程网收集的国家海洋博物馆1 755条游客在线评论进行主题分析,旨在深入理解游客的关注点和满意度影响因素。提出以下建议,丰富展品的种类与陈列形式;加强管理服务水平,提升服务质量;促进博物馆与教育的融合发展,发挥社会教育功能;完善馆内设施,合理利用周边环境优势。研究结果不仅为国家海洋博物馆及其他文化旅游目的地提供改进策略,也为运用文本挖掘技术分析游客反馈提供新的视角和方法论参考。
With the rise of cultural tourism,museums have become important destinations for attracting tourists.As an important venue for showcasing marine culture,the National Maritime Museum’s visitor feedback is of great significance in improving museum services and visitor experiences.LDA model was used to analyze 1755 online reviews from visitors to the National Maritime Museum collected from Dianping.com and Ctrip.com between August and October 2023,aiming to gain a deeper understanding of visitors’concerns and factors influencing satisfaction levels.The recommendations are made which are enriching the variety and display forms of exhibits,strengthening management service level and improve service quality,promoting the integration development of museums with education,leveraging their social educational functions,and improving internal facilities and making reasonable use of surrounding environmental advantages.The research not only provides improvement strategies for the National Maritime Museum and other cultural tourism destinations but also offers new perspectives and methodologies for analyzing visitor feedback using text mining techniques.
