摘要
为验证聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂在黄瓜上的应用效果,采用田间试验的方法,研究了聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂不同施用量对设施黄瓜生长、产量、品质的影响。结果表明:设施黄瓜施用不同剂量的聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂,株高、节间距、叶片数和根干质量明显提高。与对照相比,T2、T3、T4处理开花期株高增幅23.5%~39.6%,盛瓜期株高增幅11.3%~12.1%;开花期节间距分别比对照提高21.64%、8.38%、31.58%,盛瓜期节间距分别比对照提高3.03%、6.74%、7.98%;开花期叶片数分别比对照提高20.24%、19.05%、14.29%,盛瓜期分别比对照提高5.12%、5.12%、3.15%;根干质量分别比对照提高28.57%、92.86%、32.14%。施用聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂后,黄瓜增产效果明显,单瓜质量较对照增幅为4.01%~25.84%,产量增幅为1.31%~9.12%。施用聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂能够明显提高果实中VC含量和可溶性总糖含量,改善蔬菜品质。综上,聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂用量为9.375 kg·hm^(-2)时,设施黄瓜产量高,品质优,可作为推荐施用量。
In order to test the application effects of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergists on cucumber cultivation,a field experiment was conducted and the effects of different doses of the polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist on growth,yields and quality of cucumber in greenhouse were analyzed.The results showed that the application of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist greatly improved the plant height,internode length,leaf number and dry weight of the root.Compared with the control,the different doses of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist(T2,T3 and T4 treatments)increased the plant height by 23.5%-39.6%and 11.3%-12.1%at the florescent stage and at the fruit stage,respectively.They also improved the internode length by 21.64%,8.38%,31.58%at the florescent stage and by 3.03%,6.74%,7.98%at the fruit stage,respectively.The different doses of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist improved the leaf number by 20.24%,19.05%,14.29%at the florescent stage and by 5.12%,5.12%,3.15%at the fruit stage,respectively,and increased the dry weight of the root by 28.57%,92.86%,32.14%at the florescent stage.The application of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist increased the yield signficantly.Compared with the control,the single fruit weight was increased by 4.01%-25.84%,and the yield was increased by 1.31%-9.12%.In addition,the application of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist also greatly improved the VC content and soluble sugar content,thereby improved the quality of cucumber.In conclusion,when the doses of polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist was 9.375 kg·hm^(-2),the cucumber had high yield and excellent quality.Thus,the polyglutamic acid fertilizer synergist of 9.375 kg·hm^(-2)could be used as the recommended application dose.
