可折叠式灾后临时交通路面搭设机器人设计与受力分析

摘要 灾后重建是灾后恢复过程中的重要环节。为了应对灾后重建环境复杂、装备需求量大、任务紧迫、危险性高、持续时间长、道路中断无法运输的问题,加快灾后建设速度,设计了一款用于在灾后重建作业中搭设临时交通路面的机器人。该机器人能够在坍塌、沟壑、积水等各种灾后复杂地形中,快速搭设供作业人员和车辆快速通过的交通路面。首先,设计机器人的整体结构,针对复杂工况设计相应功能,使机器人能够在多种复杂路况下应用,并具备探测周围环境和初步判断情况的能力。其次,利用有限元软件对机器人的关键零件进行静力学分析,分析其在特定工况下的刚度和强度需求。最后,利用增材制造技术打印出关键零件的试验模型,验证设计的可行性,以期为同类机器人的设计与优化提供数据支持。 Post-disaster reconstruction is an important link in the process of post-disaster recovery.In order to deal with the problems of complex post-disaster reconstruction environment,large demand for equipment,urgent task,high risk,long duration,road interruption and inability to transport,and speed up post-disaster construction,a robot is designed for constructing temporary traffic pavement in post-disaster reconstruction operations.The robot can quickly set up traffic pavement for operators and vehicles to pass through in complex terrain such as collapses,gullies,and water after disasters.First of all,the overall structure of the robot is designed,and corresponding functions are designed for complex working conditions,so that the robot can be applied in a variety of complex road conditions,and has the ability to detect the surrounding environment and preliminarily judge the situation.Secondly,the key parts of the robot are analyzed statically by finite element software to analyze their stiffness and strength requirements under specific working conditions.Finally,additive manufacturing technology is used to print out the test model of key parts to verify the feasibility of the design,in order to provide data support for the design and optimization of similar robots.
