南充市福寿螺种类与遗传多样性分析

摘要 本研究基于线粒体COⅠ基因对南充市福寿螺种类和遗传多样性进行了研究,并与国内其他已报道的福寿螺种群,尤其是川渝地区进行了比较和系统分析。结果表明:(1)南充市辖三区共发现小管福寿螺(P.canaliculata)和斑点福寿螺(P.maculata)2种。其中,小管福寿螺单倍型以Hap2(43.33%)和Hap5(20.00%)为主,单倍型多样性为0.63,核苷酸多样性为0.02000,核酸平均差异数为13.88,遗传多样性较高;斑点福寿螺以Hap7(20.00%)为主,单倍型多样性为0.29,核苷酸多样性为0.00046,核酸平均差异数为0.29。(2)优势单倍型Hap2、Hap5和Hap7在川渝地区广泛分布,并分别与中国分布广泛的单倍型Pc4、Pc1和Pm10同源。建议南充地区的福寿螺防控以小管福寿螺为主要对象,同时将高坪区螺溪河作为福寿螺重点管理和防治区域。 Based on the mitochondrial COⅠgene,this study explores the species and genetic diversity of Pomacea in Nanchong.In addition,a comparison and a phylogenetic analysis are conducted with other reported Pomacea populations in China,especially those in Sichuan-Chongqing area.The results are as follows:(1)P.canaliculata and a P.maculata are the two species found in the three districts of Nanchong;the dominant haplotypes of P.canliculata are Hap2(43.33%)and Hap5(20.00%);the haplotype diversity is 0.63 and the nucleotide diversity is 0.02000 while the average number of nucleic acid differences is 13.88,indicating a high genetic diversity;the dominant haplotype of P.maculata is mainly Hap7(20.00%)and the haplotype diversity is 0.29 while the nucleotide diversity is 0.00046 and the average number of nucleic acid differences is 0.29.(2)Hap2,Hap5 and Hap7 are the dominant haplotypes widely distributed in Sichuan-Chongqing area and they are homologous to the widespread haplotypes Pc4,Pc1 and Pm10 in China,respectively.Therefore,it is suggested that the prevention and control of Pomacea in Nanchong area should take P.canaliculata as the prime target and the Luoxi River in Gaoping district should be the key management and control area of Pomacea.
