摘要
伴随电子政务的不断发展,各级政府及职能部门也根据自身需求,利用互联网、大数据等技术,建立各自的政务信息管理系统,提升政务服务水平与质量。文章联系大数据、政务信息和政务信息资源共享的基本内涵及逻辑关系,对大数据背景下政府信息资源共享平台应用的重要作用进行细致阐述,并围绕政务信息资源发展现状,从明确政务信息资源共享建设需求、建设政务信息资源共享平台、强化政务信息资源分类整合、打造政务信息资源大数据服务生态等方面人手,提出几点有效策略。
With the continuous development of e-government,the governments at all levels and functional departments have also established their own government information management systems based on their own needs,using Internet,big data and other technologies,to improve the level and quality of government services.This article discusses the basic connotations and logical relationships of big data,government information,and the sharing of government information resources.It elaborates in detail on the important role of government information resource sharing platforms under the background of big data.Focusing on the development status quo of government information resources,it clarifies the construction needs of government information resource sharing,constructs a government information resource sharing platform,and strengthens the classification and integration of government information resources starting from building a big data service ecosystem for government information resources,several effective strategies are proposed.
