摘要
目的 探讨护士主导的骨折联络服务在老年髋部骨折救治绿色通道中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2022年6月江苏省淮安市第一人民医院骨科治疗的82例老年髋部骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施骨科常规救治流程,观察组实施护士主导的骨折联络服务。比较两组就诊、术后转归、髋关节功能恢复、不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组入院-手术间隔时间短于对照组,脆性骨折评估正确率、术后1周内康复出院率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组Harris髋关节功能评分高于出院时,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护士主导的骨折联络服务可缩短老年髋部骨折患者手术等待时间,促进术后髋关节功能的恢复,降低术后不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led fracture liaison service in the green channel of elderly hip fracture treatment.Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with hip fractures treated in Department of Orthopedics,Huaian First People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group implemented routine orthopedic treatment procedures,while observation gr oup implemented nurse-led fracture liaison service.The visits,postoperative outcomes,hip joint function recovery,and incidence of adverse events between two groups were compared.Results The admission-surgery interval in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the accuracy of brittle fracture assessment and the recovery and discharge rate within one week after surgery in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After three months of surgery,the Harris hip joint function scores of two groups were higher than those at discharge,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led fracture liaison service can shorten the surgical waiting time of elderly patients with hip fractures,promote the recovery of postoperative hip function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
