摘要
支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是儿童及成人常见慢性气道炎症性疾病。研究发现哮喘的发病与NLRP3炎症小体密切相关,NLRP3炎症小体能通过促进气道炎症、气道重塑和黏液高分泌影响哮喘的发生发展,抑制NLRP3炎症小体的激活是哮喘治疗的新方向。中医药治疗哮喘疗效确切,中医药能够通过调控NLRP3炎症小体的激活发挥治疗哮喘的作用,其调控机制与一系列的信号通路、信号轴和内质网应激等密切相关。本研究通过查阅近年来有关中医药调控NLRP3炎症小体治疗哮喘的相关文献进行综述,旨在为中医药治疗哮喘的临床应用提供参考。
Bronchial asthma is a common chronic airway inflammatory disease in children and adults.Studies have found that the pathogenesis of asthma is closely related to the NLRP3 inflammasome.NLRP3 inflammasome can affect the occurrence and development of asthma by promoting airway inflammation,airway remodeling and mucus hypersecretion.Inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome is a new direction of asthma treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective in treating asthma.A large number of studies have found that TCM can play a role in treating asthma by regulating the activation of inflammasome of NLRP3,and its regulation mechanism is closely related to signal pathways such as TLR4,AMPK,MAPK,NFKB,STAT3,and SIRT1,ATP/P2X7R axis and endoplasmic reticulum stress.This study reviewed the literature on the regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome by TCM in the treatment of asthma in recent years,aiming to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of asthma.
