摘要
OBE理念是指成果导向教育,其关键点在于以需求、成果、能力为导向,以学生为中心。在OBE理念指导下,以培养应用型人才为目标,从确立人才培养目标、构建人才的能力结构、建立合理的课程体系和多维的评价体系4个方面对电子信息类专业人才培养进行改革研究,以达到为地方应用型本科院校和即将开展的高职本科院校电子信息类专业应用型人才培养提供实际指导的目的,探索出适合于电子信息类应用型人才培养的方法。
The OBE concept refers to outcome-oriented education,which is based on needs,results,and abilities,and is student-centered.Under the guidance of the OBE concept,to cultivate application-oriented talents,the training of electronic information professionals is reformed and studied from four aspects:establishing talent training goals,constructing the ability structure of talents,establishing a reasonable curriculum system and a multi-dimensional evaluation system.To achieve the purpose of providing practical guidance for the training of application-oriented talents in electronic information majors in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and upcoming higher vocational undergraduate colleges,the method suitable for the cultivation of application-oriented talents in electronic information is explored.
