摘要
本文对《动物源性食品中硝基呋喃类药物代谢物残留量检测方法 高效液相色谱/串联质谱法》(GB/T 21311—2007)进行方法验证。结果表明,1-氨基-乙内酰脲、5-吗啉甲基-3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮、3-氨基-2-噁唑酮、氨基脲这4种硝基呋喃类代谢物在0.50~20.00 ng·mL^(-1)浓度范围内(内标浓度10 ng·mL^(-1))有良好的线性关系,相关系数> 0.99,平均回收率在98.6%~102.0%,相对标准偏差在0%~1.140%。该方法的灵敏度均满足标准方法中规定的要求。
This paper verifies the method of GB/T 21311—2007.The results showed that the 4 nitrofuran metabolites,including 1-amino-hydantoin,5-morpholinomethyl-3-amino-2-oxalidinone,3-amino-2-oxalidinone and semicarbazide,had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.50~20.00 ng·mL^(-1)(internal standard concentration 10 ng·mL^(-1)),the correlation coefficient was>0.99,and the average recovery rate was 98.6%~102.0%.The relative standard deviation is 0%~1.140%.The sensitivity of the method meets the requirements specified in the standard method.
