摘要
目的探讨循证医学结合问题导向(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学模式在住院医师规范化培训神经内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年4月于徐州医科大学附属医院规范化培训的62名住院医师为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组31名。对照组接受PBL教学模式,观察组接受循证医学结合PBL教学模式。对比两组住院医师规范化培训后的考试成绩、综合能力,并调查两组住院医师对教学方式的满意度。结果对比两组考试成绩,综合能力、对教学方式的满意度,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论循证医学结合PBL教学模式在住院医师规范化培训神经内科教学中的应用,可提升住院医师的综合能力,培训后的考试成绩明显优于单纯PBL教学,且住院医师对教学方式的满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with problem-based learing(PBL)teaching mode in neurology teaching of standardized training for residents.Methods A total of 62 resident physicians who received standardized training in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were grouped by random number table method,with 31 in each group.The control group received PBL teaching mode,and the observation group received evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode.The test scores and comprehensive ability of the two groups of residents after standardized training were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of residents on teaching methods was investigated.Results Comparing the test scores,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups,the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of neurology in the standardized training of residents can improve their comprehensive ability,and the examination scores after training are obviously better than that of PBL teaching alone,and the residents have a higher satisfaction with the teaching method.
