摘要
目的:探讨MRI在小儿脑瘫早期诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的脑瘫患儿60例作为观察组,均经病理检查确诊;另选取同期60例健康儿童作为对照组.两组均进行CT、MRI检查.比较疾病检出情况及诊断效能.结果:60例脑瘫患儿均经病理检查确诊,其中CT检出45例,MRI检出58例.CT检测方法检出率低于MRI,漏诊率高于MRI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).MRI诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在脑瘫患儿早期诊断期间,MRI具有很大的应用价值,灵敏度、特异度、准确度均较高,可为疾病诊断、病因分析等提供参考.
Objective:To explore the application value of MRI in early diagnosis of cerebral palsy in children.Methods:Sixty children with cerebral palsy treated in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the observation group,all of whom were confirmed by pathological examination.Another sixty healthy children were selected as control group.CT and MRI were performed in both groups.The disease detection and diagnostic efficiency were compared.Results:All 60 children with cerebral palsy were confirmed by pathological examination;among them,45 cases were detected by CT and 58 cases by MRI.The detection rate of CT was lower than that of MRI,and the missed diagnosis rate was higher than that of MRI,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were higher than those of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the early diagnosis of children with cerebral palsy,MRI has great application value,with high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which can provide references for disease diagnosis and etiology analysis.
