摘要
目的分析辛芩颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月于我院就诊的60例儿童变应性鼻炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患儿采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联用辛芩颗粒治疗,2组患儿均治疗28 d。比较2组患儿临床疗效、生活质量等指标。结果2组患儿治疗后临床症状评分、鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛芩颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎,有利于改善患儿的生活质量和临床症状,且治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xinqin granules combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty pediatric patients with allergic rhinitis who visited our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with mometasone furoate nasal spray,while the observation group received Xinqin granules in addition to the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.Clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and Rhinitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinqin granules combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis can increase the quality of life and alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients.The therapeutic effect is marked and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
