摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在医院药品不良反应监测上报中的应用效果。方法选取某妇幼保健院2018年~2019年药品不良反应的上报资料,其中2018年上报的不良反应为未实施PDCA循环模式管理组(对照组,139例),2019年上报的不良反应为实施PDCA循环模式管理组(观察组,269例),记录并对两组上报资料进行回顾性分析。结果PDCA循环管理后,药品不良反应在医院平台和在国家平台的上报率均明显高于PDCA循环管理前。结论PDCA循环模式用于医院药品不良反应管理中,有利于药品不良反应和不良事件的监测、上报管理,效果较好。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions in hospitals.Methods To extract the adverse drug reactions reported by a maternal and child health care hospital from 2018 to 2019.The adverse drug reactions reported in 2018 were not managed by PDCA cycle mode(the control group,139 cases).The other adverse drug reactions reported in 2019 were managed by PDCA cycle mod(the observation group,269 cases).To record and analyze the data reported of two groups.Results By the PDCA cycle management,the reporting rates of adverse drug reactions in our hospital and national platforms were significantly higher than the group which was not managed by PDCA cycle mode.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle model in the management of adverse drug reactions in hospitals is conducive to the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions and adverse events,and the effect is good.
