摘要
在对某钻杆接头进行锻造加工时,H13钢模具冲头发生早期断裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法分析其早期断裂原因,并结合实际工况,对断裂冲头进行有限元热模拟试验。结果表明:冲头断口呈塑性断裂特征,在接头冲模成型时,冲头在接头内部停留时间过长,使冲头温度超过700℃,内部组织发生了转变,强度急剧降低,最后导致冲头发生拉拔塑性断裂现象。
In the forging process of a drill pipe joint,the early fracture of H13 steel die punch head occurred.The causes of early fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,hardness test and metallographic examination.Combined with the actual working conditions,the finite element thermal simulation test was carried out on the fractured punch head.The results show that the fracture of the punch was characterized by plastic fracture.During the forming of the joint die,the punch stayed inside the joint for too long,so that the temperature of the punch exceeded 700℃.The internal structure of the punch changed,and the strength decreased sharply,which finally led to the drawing plastic fracture of the punch head.
